RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Lex’s Lace Collection, all wigs are shipped directly from our manufacturing partner. Due to the nature of hair products and hygiene standards, we have specific return rules.

RETURNS  

We do not accept returns on wigs that have been:

• Worn or installed  

• Lace cut or customized  

• Altered in any way  

If a wig is returned in unused and original condition, return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM  

If you receive:

• The wrong wig  

• A damaged item  

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.  

We will send a replacement at no additional cost.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS  

All custom or colored wigs  

All wigs once lace is cut or worn  

REFUNDS  

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
